Should vaccine immunity passports be made mandatory? If so, can a set of common standards really cover privacy, verification, and ethical use? Some think so, multiple efforts are already underway. The Vaccination Credential Initiative, a coalition including Microsoft, Oracle, and several US health groups, is working on a digital passport to verify that an individual has had a jab, while guarding their privacy.
